STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We are searching for one exceptional person to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will have Lotus 123 and 10-key experience. The position is responsible for pipeline accounting. Job duties will primarily consist of preparing and reconciling inventory statements, calculating costs of inventory, integrating inventory balances and costs into Lotus spreadsheets, and miscellaneous projects. This entry-level position will report to the Controller.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, but what is really important is that you are bright, detail-oriented, willing to work hard and with minimal supervision. Problem solving skills are essential and research will be necessary.

    TAX ACCOUNTANT

    We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of experience to become a part of our tax accounting team. The individual must have a 4-year college degree, emphasis in tax or accounting preferred but not required. Must have experience with tax preparation of S-Corp and individual tax returns, Prosystems FX Tax-Software, Petroleum industry experience a plus. The ideal candidate must have the ability to meet deadlines, work with limited supervision and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Center Marketing Company is seeking:

    We are searching for one exceptional person to join our growing Marketing Department at Center Oil Company. This department handles selling petroleum products by the truckload from inventory at our oil terminals.

    As our new marketing specialist, you will be communicating with our existing customers, discussing prices, and negotiating truck deals. As part of our full service sales method, you will be involved in follow-up, invoicing, and keeping spreadsheets using Excel. Cold-calling to acquire new customers is an open-ended challenge…you can take this position to new heights.

    A Bachelor’s Degree is required, but what is really important is that you are bright, energetic, and willing to work hard. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves…are you ready to go to work?

    The hours for the Marketing Department are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm so that we can be available for our customers when they need us. In addition, a few hours on Saturday are expected.
